About the Neighborhood

Roosevelt Estates is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is bounded on the Northwest side of Australian Avenue, and Northeast side of Clear Lake, Clear Lake Canal and Mangonia Lake. 

Roosevelt Estates had its beginning in 1958 as a planned community of fine homes and breezy open spaces with gently curving resiential sgtreets away from the mainstream of traffic with elbow room and privacy. Thi neighborhood is over  years old and is elgible to be condidered a histrorical designation.

It nestled between town breeze swept lakes; Clear Lake and Mangonia Lake with eery necessity for family living from three ultra-modern schools;tow lementary, one middle school. Also, surrounded by Gaines Park and Community Center for recreation, with the city's only public swimming pool (Warren Hawkins Aquatic Center), playground pinic ara, baseball and soccer fields, and a choce of four churches.

The hidden qualities of the neighborhood's proximity to I-95, Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach Outlet Mall, the bus and train station (Tri-Rail and Amtrak) and walking or biking distance to downtown makes Roosevelt Estates truly a jewel like setting.

Roosevelt Estates Neighborhhood Association (RENA) was

re-incorporated in the State of Florida May 1998 to address all issues concerningf the neighborhood and to colaborate with other associations in the city of West Palm Beach to enhance the quality oflife for all residents. We are a 501c3 corporation.
